Every year 12,000 college students from across the US and over 60 countries around the world take part in an internship called the Walt Disney World College Program. Many American students are Christians with a hunger to see Jesus lifted high at Disney while internationals come with an express desire to know more about Christianity. Whether it is discipling students to multiply their faith or sharing the Gospel to those hearing it for the first time our vision is to reach the world through Disney with the Gospel. We do all this by:

WINNING: Equipping this generation of students to reach their own generation with relevant tools and strategies for evangelism
BUILDING: Discipling students to be both hearers and doers of the Word as well as training them up through leadership development
SENDING: Mobilizing students through opportunities to participate in missions outside Disney both in country and overseas

Joel and Alex are Jersey-natives who met through their mutual love to see the nations encounter Jesus. Both served on several universities in Jersey seeing Christ-centered movements grow all throughout the state. After getting married in 2019, they were challenged to a one-year leadership development program at Cru’s HQ in Orlando. There God called them to a team whose passion connected with theirs for the world. With the world coming to Disney the Cru at WDW team strive to see every student involved in the DCP (Disney College Program) know someone who knows Jesus.
