Adam & Rachel Hadley

Missionary Aviation Repair Center's (MARC)

Growing up, Adam attended a flying camp put on by Moody Bible Institute. He immediately fell in love with flying and for years, all he wanted to do was become a missionary pilot. While in Grove City College, studying entrepreneurship, he fell in love with business and his wife Rachel who was a psychology and music major. After graduating in 2013 and getting married in 2014, Adam and Rachel started their business Home and Healthy, a company that “enables seniors to live confidently in their home”. That company grew, offering home maintenance, lawn cutting, property management and a nursing agency for a time. Adam and Rachel also grew in their faith and began hosting and leading a weekly young marrieds’ Bible study.

It was on a vacation to Anchorage, Alaska that the Lord began to shift the trajectory of their lives. While driving around town, Adam came across Missionary Aviation Repair Center’s (MARC) office Over months of communication with MARC Adam realized how his experiences with business, accounting, marketing, construction, and home maintenance for nine years was preparing him to help MARC with their mission. Adam will be stepping into a newly created position of business specialist leading teams in marketing, administration, and donor relations. He will be growing MARC’s operational foundation and financial stability allowing for them to continue growth and ministry to the community and villages. The Hadley’s are expecting to make their move to Soldotna, Alaska late spring or early summer 2023 with their 3 children, Lucy, Jack, and Oliver.
