What's a gathering like?
Worship
Our gatherings begin with about 20 minutes of worship music, led by a live band. The words of the songs will be displayed on large screens. People will sing along and maybe raise their hands. You are welcome to as well! We want you to participate as you feel comfortable.
Meet & Greet
After worship music and before the message, there will be a time to meet those around you. We hope you feel welcomed and connected to our family with each and every worship service opportunity.
Message/Sermon
One of our pastors will teach a lesson from the Bible, the Word of God. Our goal is to help all attendees to understand the Bible and apply it to their lives. The teaching will be practical and challenging, and hopefully, you will find it helpful in growing your personal relationship with God.
Altar Call
On occasion, one of our pastors may give an “altar call,” a time to come forward and make a decision to follow Jesus. During an altar call, you may be asked to walk up to our stage as a public declaration of your faith. Although this action often shows an outward sign of an inward change, coming forward is not necessary to make a life-changing decision for Christ.
Preaching Style
One of the things that our church is known for is our verse-by-verse teaching from the Bible. Our pastors have the gift of taking each verse and applying it to our daily lives and situations. You can click the button below to browse our sermon library and see for yourself.
Bottom Line
Our goal is for everyone at Landmark to feel comfortable and confident in their ability to read and understand the Bible. If you don’t own a Bible, we’d love to give you one. Stop by our Connections Corner before or after any service or call our office at 609-399-4747 to receive a free copy of the Bible.
A 1 Session Class to Learn About Everything Landmark
This 1 session class is meant for anyone & everyone, no matter how long you've been part of our church. The 101 class primarily highlights the topic of community & belonging and what that looks like at Landmark. It's a basic class that will educate you on who we are, what our mission is, and how you can connect.
