Ethan, a graduate of Regent University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing, is a coffee connoisseur, entrepreneur, and husband. Before working in ministry, Ethan worked in the marketing industry for organizations based in Virginia Beach and Nashville. Now, Ethan manages a team that handles all digital media creation, content, marketing, & communications at Landmark Church. He also owns a wedding videography company called Chase & Fellow, and co-owns a web design agency called Polymer with his brother, Blair.

Ethan, known as a springboard for ideas, loves being challenged to grow in all aspects of life. His passion to leverage the world's tools of technology (web design, video production, integrations, & design) has made the ministry more effective and impactful. He's an aspiring author, husband to his beautiful bride, Sage, and a loving father to their dog, Roman, and their cat, Roo.

Matthew Maher is a 2007 graduate of Temple University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies. He is also a former professional soccer player, playing on teams in North Carolina, New Jersey, and Philadelphia respectively. He is the author of the book(s): U MAY B THE ONLY BIBLE SOMEBODY READS: R U LEGIBLE?; Imprisoned by Peace: A View Apart; and Unchained: A Voice Apart (available on Amazon.com). For the past 10 years, Matthew has been a monthly contributor to the Cape May County Herald with a column previously entitled, Prison Talk, and now Truth Over Trend.

He is a highly sought-after speaker both on the local and national level. His “Decisions Determine Destiny” program is sponsored by State Farm Insurance and has addressed over 250,000 high school and college students through various events and assemblies.

Matthew is honored to serve as the Lead Pastor at Landmark Church in Ocean City, NJ, where his desire is to inspire conscience (so people may know God) and instigate conviction (so people may show God).
